While Nintendo president Satoru Iwata said little regarding Nintendo's plans for the Nintendo DS Wi-Fi Service at TGS, though he did confirm that the service will be available worldwide to all DS users next month. Games announced for availability upon release of the service include Animal Crossing: Wild World and Mario Kart DS from Nintendo, as well as Tony Hawk's American Sk8land. The service will be free, and will only require a NDS system and a Wi-Fi hotspot.
