Welcome one and all to my first official article here on ninformer. While I'm still digging thru all the E3 news, and all current things all things gaming... I decided what better way to start being a writer than writing what bugs you... so here I go.
With all this talk lately about these Louisiana game bills talking all this jive how its so terrible just to buy M rated games, it angers me to no end to see how these goverment nuts really think that will work.
I've spent a few Christmas seasons working at EB just for extra cash (quick shot to the boys in the mall), and I remember that season when San Andreas came out. Most of the people that did buy it are ADULTS. They know its just a GAME, and in no way makes them do anything stupid. What bothers me is how parents did buy that game for their kids for Christmas knowing very well what kind of content is in it.
Which leads me to this point. Will these supposed laws really stop putting such "violent" content in kids hands? They'll find a way. The little ones will jsut pine and whine to mommy and daddy about how much they "deserve it" and they get it. Much how like these lil spoiled nuts created the so called Xbox360 shortage.
Now that I've said my piece, here's food for thought. The new trend in gaming is the so called "Brain games" made very popular by the DS. So now you can't say anymore games rot our brains. Thanks to these little games, they actually make our brains better. By the way my Brain Age is a nice young 21.
