Bandai has recently announced that the highly anticipated (among Gundam fans, at least) title Mobile Suit Gundam Seed for the Nintendo DS has been cancelled, after being on the list of future DS titles since launch and even having a playable demo at E3 2004. Badai also announced that their DS game in the works Magical Touch has been cancelled, and provided no explanation as to the cancellation of the games.

And who ever said you have to have a field, ball, and team to play soccer? Heading over to Electronic Arts, we hear that the previously announced FIFA 06 for the GameCube, PS2, and Xbox will also be appearing on the Nintendo DS, Gameboy Advance, and Sony PSP. No release dates have been confirmed yet.

Finally, Metroid Prime Pinball for the Nintendo DS has been given a final release date of October 24th, 2005 in the United States. The game features three play modes including Classic Pinball, in which you play pinball across two screens using the touch screen to bump the table, Clone Machine Multiball, where you play with several pinballs at once, and Wall-Jump Challenge.
